Securely pack the earphones, cables, and ear tips in their original box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our designated returns center; please retain your tracking receipt for verification purposes.
Inspection and Refund
